FAQs
Does the tour run if it's raining?
Tours run rain or shine, unless the conditions are dangerous. Vancouver is known for its sunny skies from June through September, and you can grab a complimentary all-weather suit any time of year.
Will I get wet?
It’s very unlikely that you will get wet, but being out on the water, there is always the chance! We have small lockers for rent at our office for personal valuables or you can bring a backpack and store it under your seat on the Zodiac.
Are bathrooms available on the boat?
There are no bathrooms on the boat! That being said, there is a bathroom available at our office you can use before and after the tour.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. You must be 19 years of age or older to sign your waiver. Anyone under 19 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver for them.
I'm mobility impaired, can I still go?
